Mark Feuerer, President
Mark is a Wisconsin native, has lived in the Phoenix area for 10 years, and has spent 19+ years in the sales & management professions at various construction equipment suppliers, most recently as the VP of Global Sales & Marketing for a heavy equipment manufacturer. Mark has also headed up Corporate Planning and was interim President for a Mitsui-owned heavy construction equipment distributor in Phoenix, Arizona where his main responsibility was to oversee budgeting, inventory, and strategic growth. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, he went to Australia for a brief stint as a pitcher in their professional baseball league before moving back to the states to begin his career. He holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. He lives in Scottsdale with his wife Kelly.

Dan White, Vice President of Sales
Dan’s experience in the auction industry and equipment industry is extensive. He is well-equipped to oversee the operations of Sierra’s Phoenix auction facility.

15 years at Quinn Company (operations span fifteen counties throughout central and southern California)
15 years with Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers as Regional Manager in Arizona

Brett Higgins, Lead Auctioneer, Certified Appraiser
Brett has over 18 years of auction experience as a professional auction buyer, manager, and auctioneer.

Donald D. Clark, CAGA, USPAP
Don is the former owner of Sierra. He is an experienced business executive with decades of corporate management experience and an extensive background in advertising and marketing.

Shelly Sullivan, Asset Liquidation Specialist, Bankruptcy Specialist
Shelly has been with Sierra since 1999. Shelly is the key point of contact for all Bankruptcy communications. Shelly additionally plays a pivotal role in the marketing efforts of Sierra.

Dwayne Harksell, Marketing Manager
Dwayne manages all print, mail and online marketing/advertising for Sierra, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web site design and maintenance. Dwayne has a highly skilled background in Marketing including Internet, Print and Events, and is adept at identifying buyer trends and adopting effective advertising methods.

Beth Calder, Office Manager - Phoenix
Beth manages the day to day office operations of the Phoenix facility, including all Human Resources (HR), insurance and cashier’s office transactions. Beth also assists with the administration of appraisals and the scheduling of auction staff. Beth has over 20 years of administrative and customer service experience.

Tony Trehern, Vehicle & Equipment Manager – Phoenix
Tony oversees the check-in/receipt and evaluation of all vehicle and equipment assets. Tony also manages the vehicle and equipment team in the detailing of vehicles and equipment, decal removal, police & emergency vehicle equipment removal, and vehicle inspections. Tony is expert at evaluating equipment features and options, and therefore plays an important role in the company’s marketing of vehicles and equipment accurately and successfully. Of equal importance, Tony leads internal vehicle safety meetings, to ensure that staff, customers, and vehicles are safe and secure.

Mauricio Diaz, Inventory Tracking Specialist (non-vehicle) – Phoenix
Mauricio carefully catalogs, categorizes and tracks each non-vehicle asset pre and post sale. Mauricio also applies asset and/or case numbers to each item that requires a specific designation. Additionally, Mauricio shoulders the responsibility of ensuring that Sierra abides by all legal, regulatory and safety requirements as dictated by the State and/or other legal entities. Mauricio speaks fluent English and Spanish which allows for successful communication with all of Sierra’s clients.

Catherine Humphrey, Business Development – Phoenix
Catherine Humphrey joined Sierra Auction as part of the Sales and Business Development Team. Her primary activities are the development and execution of unique marketing verticals. In this position Catherine will help Sierra Auction market our customers’ unique consignments to targeted markets.

Ada Amador, Receptionist, Title Processing Assistant – Phoenix
Ada handles the majority of incoming calls in our Phoenix offices. In addition, Ada assists in overseeing daily office operations and in ensuring that vehicles are properly titled prior to each sale, all MVD records are up to date, and that title transfers have been properly conveyed. Ada also supervises invoice processing, data entry, filing, record storage, bilingual telephone communications, agency case number tracking, and numerous other duties. Ada is fluent in English and Spanish.

Chelsea Hoskyns, Administrative Assistant – Phoenix
Chelsea serves as an administrative assistant for both the Bankruptcy and Marketing departments of Sierra’s operations. Chelsea works with the Bankruptcy Specialist in updating court and trustee required documents and managing files. Additionally, Chelsea assists the Marketing Department in list development and other marketing functions.


Sierra Auction, Tucson Team

Paula Polly, Office Manager – Tucson
Paula has been with Sierra since opening our Tucson facility. Paula manages office operations at Sierra’s Tucson facility, including the tracking of assets, the processing and transfer of titles, the processing of all sales related paperwork, invoicing, and consignor communications.

Lilly Gioe, Assistant Office Manager – Tucson
Lilly has proven to be an important and valuable team member in our Tucson offices. With the considerable volume of paperwork, data processing, and transactions, Lilly assists in making certain that every “i” is dotted, and every “t” is crossed.

Tracy Odom, Warehouse/Vehicle Manager - Tucson
Tracy has the assignment of overseeing vehicle and warehouse operations at our Tucson auction facility. Additionally, Tracy handles the logistics associated with the receipt of all assets pending sale.
